Fan-cooled workwear for hot working conditions

For many people, heat is part of the job.Your team deserves better than “just push through it”.

Ventora brings continuous airflow directly into workwear — for teams working outdoors or in hot areas where air conditioning is not a realistic option.

The reality of the job

Heat is more than a number on a thermometer.

It stays with people for hours — during physical work, across changing worksites and wherever air conditioning is simply not a realistic answer.

You cannot prevent every hot working day. But you can show that simply putting up with it is not the only response.

See how it works

What really matters

The work remains demanding.Heat doesn't have to make it even harder.

Your team notices whether its working conditions are merely acknowledged — or whether the business is willing to try something practical where the work actually happens.

How it works

Airflow built into the workwear.

Compact fans draw outside air into the garment and keep it moving, creating continuous airflow around the body.

No fixed temperature reduction. No blanket performance guarantee.Suitability depends on the specific use case.

Working environments

Where heat is part of the job.

The working conditions matter more than the industry: physical work outdoors or in hot areas without air conditioning.

Hitze-V in force since 1 January 2026

New requirements. The same practical question: what actually helps your team on the job?

For outdoor work, the Hitze-V requires employers to assess hazards caused by heat and natural UV radiation and define suitable measures.

Cooling clothing is expressly listed as one possible personal measure. It can therefore form part of a wider programme of measures — but does not replace the risk assessment or higher-priority technical and organisational measures.

Rules set the framework. What matters is how they work in practice.

Why Ventora

Work we all depend on.

Much of what keeps everyday life running depends on people doing physical work. We often only notice just how important their contribution is when something comes to a standstill.

I am building Ventora because recognition alone does not make their working day easier. My aim is to make practical solutions for hot working conditions more accessible – carefully selected, honestly explained and intended for real-world use.

Two ways to start

Outfit your team or test the concept at work first.

Some businesses want to put together suitable workwear for their team. Others prefer to gather experience in their own working environment first. Both start with a personal enquiry.

Team workwear

Looking to outfit your team?

We discuss suitable options, sizes, quantities and availability with you, then prepare a specific quotation.

02

Supported pilot

Want to see how it works in day-to-day use first?

A small team assesses wearing comfort, handling and suitability under real working conditions before you consider a wider rollout.

Supported workplace pilot

Don't outfit your team based on assumptions.Test it in your own workplace first.

Every workplace is different. A supported pilot lets you assess the concept under real working conditions first — without making it a prerequisite for a workwear enquiry.

Enquire about a pilot
  1. 01

    Understand the use case

We discuss the task, environment, existing workwear and any relevant protective equipment.

  2. 02

    Test with a small team

Selected employees try the concept during their normal day-to-day work.

  3. 03

    Review the experience

Together, we assess wearing comfort, handling and suitability without the sales spin.

In brief

Questions worth answering early.

Can I buy products yet?

You can enquire about workwear for your team now. As there is currently no public product catalogue or online shop, we discuss suitable options, sizes, quantities and availability directly with you. Alternatively, you can test the concept in your own workplace first.

Which industries is this intended for?

The working conditions matter more than the industry: physical work outdoors or in hot areas without air conditioning. This can include construction, installation, workshops, production, logistics, agriculture, grounds maintenance and event production.

Does fan-cooled workwear replace other heat-protection measures?

No. For outdoor work, Austria's Hitze-V lists cooling clothing as one possible personal measure within a wider programme. Hazard avoidance and technical and organisational measures remain the priority. Section 4 Hitze-V · Austrian Labour Inspectorate

Is it compatible with all protective equipment?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Workwear, high-visibility clothing and other personal protective equipment must be assessed for the specific system and intended use.

Which models and manufacturers does Ventora offer?

Ventora is currently assembling its range and assessing different systems for use in European workplaces. That is why we do not yet name specific models or manufacturers. In an enquiry, we discuss the intended use, required sizes and quantities. We name specific products once selection, availability and the necessary documentation have been reliably clarified.

Workwear or pilot enquiry

How would you like to start?

Tell us briefly where and during which tasks your team works in the heat. We will then discuss whether a workwear enquiry or a workplace pilot is the better fit.

After you send the email, Ventora will respond personally about your use case and the possible next steps. No newsletter and no automated sales sequence.
